We want you to be comfortable with every aspect of your experience purchasing from us, and we will make every effort to be fair and ensure you are satisfied. Prior to despatch:
Orders can be changed or cancelled up until they are dispatched. A full refund will be issued the same or next day as the order is cancelled.
Lost / Missing deliveries:
In the unlikely event that your package goes missing and cannot be confirmed as having been signed for we will arrange to either resend the goods or refund your payment. Please note that if the original delivery is made subsequently, it must be returned to us or you will be charged twice.
Damage in transit:
If the goods are visibly damaged upon delivery, you can refuse to take delivery. If upon opening the delivery the purchased product is damaged please repackage the goods for collection. The goods must remain in an unused condition. Please contact us (a photo of the damage may be useful) and we will cover the cost of collection. Once received, a full refund will be issued the same or next day.
Not satisfied with the item purchased:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase (e.g. ill-fitting garment, wrong item ordered, change of mind, etc.) you can return your order within 30 days of receipt for a refund (excluding delivery costs). Any such items must be unused, in the state you received them, and in their original packaging. In these instances we ask you to cover the cost of returning the goods to us or dropping them into one of our three locations. Once received, a full refund will be issued the same or next day.
If after use for some time the goods are found to be faulty please contact us and we will agree with you, as we would with an in-store customer, the most appropriate action to take – collect & refund, send mechanic, send replacement component, etc.
