We're Back! Reopen from 18th May

Trading Arrangements from 18^th May 2020

Dear Customers,

From Monday 18^th May all our departments, with the one exception of the café in the gardenshop, will be open to the public again. We look forward to welcoming you back instore. For our safety and for yours, we will have the following measures in place and we ask for your understanding:

• We ask you adhere to the hand sanitisation, trolly sanitisation and social distancing floor markings which we have all become only too familiar with by now;
• The customer capacities of the gardenshop, garden machinery shop and farm stores will be temporarily restricted to 15, 5 and 15 customers respectively;
• We will go back to our normal Monday to Saturday opening hours but the gardenshop will not be open on Sundays for the time being. Now is not the time for leisurely retail outings with the family!
• In accordance with the Government’s “Roadmap for Reopening Society & Business”, cafés serving on premises can reopen in phase 3 which is currently scheduled for 29^th June;

Meanwhile, for those who prefer not to come instore we can offer:

• a contactless call/click and collect service;
• a local delivery service (a charge, dependent on the order value and distance, may apply);
• internet orders of over €60 (parcel) / €500 (pallet) are shipped free of charge.
