New Kubota EK1-261 Compact Tractor

In September 2020 Kubota had announced the launch of its new EK1 Compact Tractor Series.  This is a co-brand series launched in collaborative efforts between Kubota Corporation and Escorts Limited. Available now at Atkins is Kubota EK1-261 Compact Tractor, the first model in the range which meets the demands of both small producers and hobby farmers. The perfect entry-level tractor, great choice for users looking for a simple but powerful tractor.

User-oriented performance

The Kubota EK1-261 is equipped with a powerful 3-cylinder, emission level V, 4-stroke diesel engine with 24.8hp (18.2kW), which provides high reliability even under demanding conditions. The EK1-261 features a 24-litre fuel tank, delivering longer periods between needing to refill with fuel.

Easy gear shifting

Manual transmission, consisting of 9 forward gears and 3 reverse gears, enables enhanced precision and adaptation as demanded for each job. The ergonomic design of its controls allows users to change gear with ease. Gears can be shifted while driving. Maximum speed 18.2 km/h.

Powerful hydraulic system and lifting

The EK1-261 offers surprising performance generated by hydraulic power steering and a hydraulic pump of 19.3 l/min. These hydraulic power systems deliver higher levels of loader reactivity and increase rear lifting capacity. Powerful Category 1 N three-point rear linkage has maximum lifting capacity of 800kg. 

Comfortable workplace

The ergonomically designed operator platform provides a comfortable and efficient working environment with easy-grip operating levers with colour coding. The operator’s seat is adjustable to the weight of the driver. The road lights are characterised by modern LED technology. Finally, the product comes with a toolbox for easy daily maintenance. 

Optional

This tractor comes with Agricultural tyres as standard, but Turf and Industrial tyres are available as options. Front loader with a maximum lifting height of 1.98m is also optional.
