Delivery Delays

Over the last number of weeks, our teams have worked very hard to ensure that we are able to provide delivery throughout the country every day. There is no doubt that this is a challenge in the current Covid-19 environment.

 DPD have advised that due to the significant increase in parcel volumes as a result of COVID-19, some areas of the country, including Cork, are experiencing delivery delays. We are doing our very best to minimise these as far as possible, but the following areas are currently affected and are experiencing +48 hour delays.

GLS are also experiencing delays, but they had a team work through the weekend to clear the backlog.  We expect that deliveries with GLS will take 3 to 4 days.
