Covid 19 Trading Arrangements (as at 18/03/20)

Dear Customer,

At present all our departments at all our locations, with the one exception of the café at Carrigrohane Road, are open. We will keep this level of service going as long as we have sufficient resources available and as long as we’re allowed.

To protect you and us our sales people are only making calls out to yards with the express consent of the customer. On site we have placed hand sanitising gel around the premises and we ask you to use this. We are continuously sterilising surfaces during the day. We do appreciate your business, and so it sounds crazy, but browsing isn’t good for either of us at the moment! It would be appreciated also if children were not brought into the store and social distancing guidelines adhered to as much as practical.

Rather than travel at present, telephone or web ordering are alternatives you might like to consider. During this crisis we are waiving carriage charges on orders of any value so long as the items are courier friendly (i.e. can be put in a parcel measuring less than 1.75m length x 300cm girth and weighing less than 30kg).

In the event of a retail closure order we will endeavour to offer a breakdown service for farm machinery parts and service from Carrigrohane Road and Birr. Access to these sites will be by arrangement only. All other departments and locations will not be open.

If you have any repaired, but as yet uncollected, equipment/machinery with us at present it would make sense to collect these sooner rather than later.
